Magnet is a modern Grotesque, intended for display and editorial use. It exhibits very condensed letter shapes and various unconventional design solutions. Deep notches and the incisive stroke contrast in M and W make the typeface stand out without coming across as odd. Magnet includes an upright, slanted and backslanted style.

Magnet Standard takes the distinctive design ideas developed for Magnet Headline and turns them into something suitable for smaller sizes. Striking features are toned down slightly to give way to resilience and generally wider lettershapes, making for an even, pleasing texture in longer text.

Messer started out as a revival of Weiss Antiqua which was originally designed by Emil Rudolf Weiß in 1928. Along with Weiss Antiqua’s signature characters, the upside-down s and S, Messer also features similar design characteristics in other letters. Compared to the original, the overall shapes have sharper edges and the Italic has less curly stroke endings. There is also a condensed display style that features an increased contrast to enhance the typographic possibilities.

Zetkin started out as a custom typeface and is based on Venus designed in 1927 by Bauersche Gießerei. The most notable feature of the design are the high-waisted uppercase letters and the flaring stroke endings. From there it goes beyond Venus’s orbit with prominent straight diagonals and an Extended style.
